Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. For returns and exchanges, please email contact@verastudiosshop.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Charges
If any customs charges are incurred, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Vera Studios.
